Service Description

This is going to be the best way to make your vision come to life! The Design Sense Studio will implement 4 Phases for your project: 1) A "discovery"session- to first get to know your desired outcomes and personal preferences of the project you have in mind. We will review images you may have been collecting to model your ideas and discuss how those might work in your own project. Budget will be discussed. We are happy to work with any builder or contractor with whom you may already have a relationship. (estimated 1-2 hrs) 2) Floor plans, a materials & finish color board will be presented and reviewed. Specifications will be generated for the contractor team. (estimated 12-15 hrs) 3) Project Management and scheduling of work; procurement of selections; Client services. (estimated TBD on size of job 8-20hrs plus 20% on designer purchases) 4) Furniture delivery; styling; photography (if permitted) (estimated 8-10 hrs) Note: Billing will occur after each phase. Billing is hourly and due upon invoice. Phase 3 may incur multiple invoices due to furniture procurement and subcontractor invoicing. Travel expense will be a flat fee.
